GrantEd Training
GrantEd Trainings
All Financial Officers (FOs), Presidents, Co-Presidents, and Vice Presidents (VPs) of student organizations are required to complete Granted Training annually.
Granted Training is your official introduction to Stanford’s student funding system: Granted. This platform is where your student group will:Apply for grantsRequest reimbursementsManage approved fundsCompletion of the training is mandatory before you will be granted access to the platform.
In this training, you’ll be guided through: (1) How to navigate the Granted platform (2) Steps for submitting grant proposals and reimbursement requests (3)Best practices for financial accountability and documentation
If you have never used GrantEd before, log in to granted.stanford.edu so your profile is created before completing the training.
The GrantEd training below is published through STARS in Axess. Once you have completed your training, your hold will be lifted by the next business day. If you have an urgent situation that requires your hold to be lifted immediately, contact us at banking@sse.stanford.edu with proof of training completion.
